Rabbi Jeremy Donath

Rabbi Jeremy Donath joined Congregation Darchei Noam of Fair Lawn in 2011 as the first Rabbi since the shul’s inception. Additionally, Rabbi Donath is on the limudei kodesh faculty of Ma'ayanot Yeshiva High School for girls, where he teaches Tanach and other Judaic Studies subjects. He has previously been a Rebbe at Yavneh Academy and Torah Academy of Bergen County (TABC). He is a member of both the RCA and RCBC. Originally from Minneapolis, Rabbi Donath attended the Skokie Yeshiva for high school, and then spent two years studying in Yeshivat Sha’alvim. Following his time in Israel, he attended Yeshiva University, where he received his B.A. in Jewish History, his Masters in Education from the Azrieli School of Education, and his rabbinic ordination from RIETS. Additionally, Rabbi Donath has completed 3.5 units of Clinical Pastoral Education, serving as a hospital chaplain. Prior to coming to Fair Lawn, he previously served as a Rabbinic Intern at both the Keter Torah (Roemer) Congregation in Teaneck, NJ and at Congregation Ahavath Torah in Englewood, NJ.
